‘Parent 1′ and ‘Parent 2′ to appear on passport forms | News | The Christian Institute: UK Passport application forms will now feature options for ‘Parent 1′ and ‘Parent 2′ in a move to placate homosexual couples with children. Officials at the Identity and Passport Service said that they were working with homosexual lobby group Stonewall on the issue.
