Scott Klusendorf on the Best and Worst Biblical Arguments for the Pro-Life Position

Scott Klusendorf on the Best and Worst Biblical Arguments for the Pro-Life Position: Scott Klusendorf from Life Training Institute offers the best syllogism pro-life people can use if they want to make a biblical argument for the pro-life position, and also explained why we shouldn’t use Psalm 139 and Jeremiah 1:5 instead.

Editor: I agree with what he says are the best passages to use, but I think we can offer Psalm 139 and Jeremiah 1:5 (and other passages about unborn human life) in support of our argument. Poetical books of the Bible are important for developing other doctrines (such as the sovereignty of God) and we shouldn't shy away from using them in support of the pro-life view. (Indeed, we turn to Psalm 139 when we want to demonstrate God's omniscience and omnipresence.)
