No, this isn't the voice of an Antebellum Plantation Owner regarding his slaves. It's the proabort left who are waging a genocidal war against African Americans, and the time has come to end this selective targeting of blacks by Planned Parenthood, who operate 78% of their “clinics” in the inner city.
