Poll: Majority of Americans, Young Adults Say Abortion Wrong | LifeNews.com: A third poll in the last three weeks has results showing a majority of Americans are opposed to abortion and say that it is morally wrong. Based on interviews with 3,000 adults, the Public Religion Research Institute finds that Americans, regardless of generation, believe abortion is morally wrong — but young Americans between the ages of 18 and 29 agree with that conclusion as well.

They do so even though the poll found they are supportive of same-sex marriages. While there is a generation gap on that issue, there is none on the issue of abortion. “It’s not the kind of issue that one celebrates.”
