Wade; pushes the "Reproductive Health Act": Planned Parenthood in New York and its supporters turned out at the state capital on Jan. 9 for a statewide lobby day to push for the passage of the extremist, so-called Reproductive Health Act, which would enshrine Roe v. Wade into New York state law, remove it from the penal code and move it into the health code, make abortion a fundamental right and an entitlement, and remove any and all restrictions and regulations on abortion in New York.
