Conceiving Pregnancy
This newly released paper from Family Research Council addresses a claim made by pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists: namely, that the medical-scientific community has reached a consensus that a "pregnancy" begins when an embryo becomes implanted in the uterine wall-approximately seven days after fertilization. This bears directly on the ability of these medical practitioners and pharmacists to exercise their right of conscience not to cooperate with procedures they deem to have abortifacient characteristics.
